5 days in Durango Itinerary

Originally a frontier mining town, Durango is known today for its scenic setting, outdoor activities, and the 1880s steam-powered railway that takes visitors through sections of the mountains where roads don't reach.

Bring the kids along to Off-Road Tours and River Rafting & Tubing. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Durango: Bear Creek Falls (in Telluride), Pagosa Springs (Piedra River Trail & Treasure Falls) and Silverton (Million Dollar Highway & Idarado Mine).
