The only metropolitan hub nestled between three national parks, Fresno makes a surprisingly lively getaway.

Step out of Fresno to go to Yosemite National Park and see Mariposa Grove, which is approximately 2h 15 min away. The adventure continues: stroll through Forestiere Underground Gardens, take in nature's colorful creations at Shinzen Japanese Garden, take in the architecture and atmosphere at St George Greek Orthodox Church, and get to know the resident critters at Fresno Chaffee Zoo.
