Great Smoky Mountains National Park

— 4 nights

A Wondrous Diversity of Life

Great Smoky Mountains National Park contains some of the highest mountains east of the Mississippi River, but it's the ease of access that makes this national park the United States' most visited.
Step out of the city life by going to Cades Cove and Roaring Fork Motor Nature Trail. Get some historical perspective at Noah Bud Ogle Cabin and Little Greenbrier School. There's much more to do: stroll through Grotto Falls Parking, steep yourself in history at Walker Sisters' Cabin, appreciate the history behind Rockefeller Memorial, and explore and take pictures at Newfound Gap Road.

To find other places to visit, ratings, traveler tips, and tourist information, go to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park trip tool.
