Lazing on the beach and cooling off in the clear water remain the most popular things to do in Tumon, the busiest resort town in Guam.
Gef Pa'go Cultural Village and Asan Bay Overlook are good opportunities to explore the local culture. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to Gab Gab Beach and War in the Pacific National Historical Park. When in Tumon, make a side trip to see Fort Nuestra Senora de la Soledad in Umatac, approximately 48 minutes away. The adventure continues: tee off at Onward Mangilao Golf Club, stop by Lea Lea SANDALS, stroll the grounds of Pigo Catholic Cemetery, and stroll around Paseo de Susan Park.

Take the guesswork out of planning a Tumon vacation by using our trip itinerary maker.

Los Angeles, USA to Tumon is an approximately 16.5-hour flight. You can also do a combination of train and flight; or do a combination of bus and flight. The time zone changes from Pacific Standard Time to Chamorro Standard Time, which is usually a 18 hour difference. In May, Tumon is somewhat warmer than Los Angeles - with highs of 89°F and lows of 79°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 4th (Sat) so you can travel back home.
