Once the booming capital of the Hawaiian Kingdom, the tropical paradise of Lahaina still remains one of Maui's top vacation attractions, providing both culture and recreation.
Step off the beaten path and head to Zipline and Napili Beach. Attractions like Wailea Beach and Parasailing & Paragliding make great kid-friendly stops. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Lahaina: Maui Tropical Plantation (in Wailuku) and Wailea Beach Path (in Wailea). The adventure continues: kick back and relax at D.T. Fleming Park and stroll through Kapalua Beach.
