5 days in Hot Springs Itinerary

Set deep in the Ouachita Mountains, the city of Hot Springs almost completely surrounds the national park of the same name.

You'll explore and learn at Heifer Village (Heifer International) and Mosaic Templars Cultural Center. Get outdoors at Lake Catherine State Park and Hot Springs Mountain. Step out of Hot Springs to go to Little Rock and see Witt Stephens Jr. Central Arkansas Nature Center, which is approximately 1h 5 min away. And it doesn't end there: see the interesting displays at Tiny Town, stop by Bathhouse Soapery, tour the pleasant surroundings at Grand Promenade, and find something for the whole family at Funtrackers Family Fun Park.

Breaux Bridge to Hot Springs is an approximately 6.5-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of taxi and bus. In July in Hot Springs, expect temperatures between 92°F during the day and 72°F at night. You'll have a few hours on the 2nd (Sun) to wrap things up before traveling home.
