Indiana's capital and most populous city, Indianapolis is best known for its racecar events and impressive museums, and as the hometown of Kurt Vonnegut.
Venture out of the city with trips to Urban Vines Winery & Brewery Co. (in Westfield), Grapevine Cottage (in Zionsville) and Columbus (Atterbury-Bakalar Air Museum & The Miller House and Garden).
