The River City

Family-friendly places like Jacksonville Zoo & Gardens and Catty Shack Ranch Wildlife Sanctuary will thrill your kids. Explore Jacksonville's surroundings by going to Castillo de San Marcos National Monument (in Saint Augustine Beach) and St. Augustine (Flagler College & St. Augustine Wild Reserve). There's still lots to do: explore the world behind art at The Cummer Museum of Art and Gardens, steep yourself in history at Kingsley Plantation, stroll around Little Talbot Island State Park, and take in the architecture and atmosphere at Basilica of the Immaculate Conception.
