Charleston to Key West is an approximately 6-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of car, train, and bus. Traveling from Charleston in May, you can expect nighttime temperatures to be a bit warmer in Key West, with lows of 29°C. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 10th (Wed) so you can catch the flight to Charleston.
