Dallas to Whitefish is an approximately 6-hour flight. You can also fly; or drive; or do a combination of bus and train. The time zone difference when traveling from Dallas to Whitefish is minus 1 hour. In November, Whitefish is much colder than Dallas - with highs of 40°F and lows of 24°F. Cap off your sightseeing on the 7th (Sat) early enough to go by car to Missoula.

You can drive from Whitefish to Missoula in 3.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus; or do a combination of train and bus. Expect a daytime high around 41°F in November, and nighttime lows around 24°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 8th (Sun) so you can drive to Big Sky.

Kick off your visit on the 9th (Mon): trek along Ousel Falls Trail, then take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at Lone Peak, and then stroll through Big Sky Resort.

Traveling from Missoula in November, things will get little chillier in Big Sky: highs are around 36°F and lows about 16°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 9th (Mon) so you can catch the flight back home.
