The time zone changes from Central Standard Time (CST) to Pacific Standard Time (PST), which is usually a -2 hour difference. Expect a bit warmer evenings in Seattle when traveling from Springfield in March, with lows around 42°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 2nd (Sun) so you can catch the flight to Portland.

You can fly from Seattle to Portland in 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can drive; or take a bus. In April, plan for daily highs up to 63°F, and evening lows to 45°F. Wrap up your sightseeing by early afternoon on the 4th (Tue) to allow enough time to fly back home.
