Paso Robles — 4 nights

Paso

A town of hot springs and wine, Paso Robles (or "Pass of the Oaks") feels like a desert paradise to those who travel here.
Venture out of the city with trips to San Simeon (Hearst Castle, Friends of the Elephant Seal Visitor Center, &more), Montana de Oro State Park (in Los Osos) and Morro Rock (in Morro Bay). There's much more to do: indulge your senses at some of the top wineries in the area, kick back and relax at Moonstone Beach, do a tasting at Derby Wine Estates, and explore the world behind art at Sculpterra Winery & Sculpture Garden.

To see photos, where to stay, maps, and other tourist information, go to the Paso Robles trip builder website.
