A rapidly growing city in central North Carolina, Charlotte is the state's largest urban center and a major regional hub for finance, industry, technology, and entertainment.
On the 14th (Fri), view the masterpieces at Foundation For The Carolinas, stroll through Piedmont Medical Center Trail, grab your bike and head to Novant Health BMX Supercross Track, then grab your bike and head to Giordana Velodrome, and finally steep yourself in history at President James K. Polk State Historic Site. On the 15th (Sat), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: trek along Buzzard Rock Trail, look for all kinds of wild species at Latta Plantation Nature Center & Preserve, then play a few rounds at Lake Norman Miniature Golf, then grab your bike and head to Fisher Farm, and finally browse for treasures at Catawba River Antique Mall.
