Mankato is a city in Blue Earth, Nicollet, and Le Sueur counties in the state of Minnesota. On the 19th (Sat), stroll around Green Giant Statue Park and then admire nature's wide array of creatures at Sibley Park Zoo. On your second day here, appreciate the history behind Hermann the German, then examine the collection at Schell's, and then immerse yourself in nature at Minneopa State Park.
