Located on a peninsula between Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico, St.
Go for a jaunt from St. Petersburg to Tampa to see Busch Gardens Tampa Bay about 36 minutes away. There's much more to do: admire the masterpieces at The Dali Museum, see the top attractions with Tampa Bay Aviation, examine the collection at Ted Williams Museum and Hitters Hall of Fame, and fly like a bird with a parasailing or paragliding tour.

New York City to St. Petersburg is an approximately 6-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of bus and taxi. Traveling from New York City in September, expect St. Petersburg to be somewhat warmer, temps between 88°F and 78°F.
