Strasburg — 4 nights

Strasburg is a town in Shenandoah County, Virginia, United States, which was founded in 1761 by Peter Stover. Get outdoors at Lost River State Park and Elizabeth Furnace Recreation Area. Get a sense of the local culture at Shenandoah Valley Cultural Heritage Museum at The Edinburg Mill and Shenandoah Caverns. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Strasburg: Long Branch Plantation (in Millwood), Trinity Episcopal Church (in Upperville) and Shenandoah National Park (Elkwallow Picnic Area & Overall Run Falls). And it doesn't end there: trek along Little Devil's Stairs Trail, browse for treasures at Strasburg Emporium Antiques, steep yourself in history at Shenandoah County Courthouse, and get great views at Big Schloss.
