Williamstown

— 4 nights
Williamstown is a home-rule-class city in Grant and Pendleton counties in the U.S. state of Kentucky. Get out of town with these interesting Williamstown side-trips: Maysville (Kentucky Gateway Museum Center & EAT Gallery), Switzerland County Historical Society (in Vevay) and Kentucky Speedway (in Sparta). There's much more to do: see the interesting displays at Ark Encounter, immerse yourself in nature at Big Bone Lick State Historic Site, steep yourself in history at William Arnold Log House, and explore the landscape on two wheels at General Butler State Resort Park.

To see where to stay, ratings, and other tourist information, you can read our Williamstown trip planner.

The time zone changes from Central Standard Time (CST) to Eastern Standard Time (EST), which is usually a 1 hour difference. Plan for a bit warmer temperatures traveling from Green Bay in September, with highs in Williamstown at 80°F and lows at 59°F. On the 18th (Sat), you'll travel back home.
