Glacier National Park — 49 nights

Crown of the Continent

The glaciers from which Glacier National Park takes its name mostly dissipated eons ago, but they left behind a scoured landscape of high and steep mountain peaks, sparkling lakes, lush alpine meadows, and thick forests.
Escape the urban bustle at Going-to-the-Sun Road and Logan Pass. Explore Glacier National Park's surroundings by going to East Glacier Park (Aster Falls, Scenic Point Trail, &more), Glacier County Historical Museum (in Cut Bank) and DeBoo Ranch Adventures (in Valier). On the 14th (Wed), hike the day away at Highline Trail. Spend the 19th (Mon) exploring nature at Red Rock Falls, Glacier National Park. And it doesn't end there: explore the striking landscape at Grinnell Glacier, trek along Swiftcurrent Falls, contemplate the waterfront views at Lake McDonald, and tour the pleasant surroundings at Iceberg Lake Trail.
