Visalia is a city situated in the agricultural San Joaquin Valley of California, approximately 230mi southeast of San Francisco, 190mi north of Los Angeles, 36mi west of Sequoia National Park and 43mi south of Fresno. Start off your visit on the 10th (Sun): explore the wealth of natural beauty at Sequoia National Park, stroll through Giant Sequoia National Monument, trek along General Grant Tree Trail, then take a memorable drive along Kings Canyon Scenic Byway, and finally get interesting insight from Yosemite Mountain Sugar Pine Railroad. On the next day, make a trip to Tunnel Rock, steep yourself in history at General Sherman Tree, then cruise along Generals Hwy, then hike along Trail of 100 Giants, and finally stroll through Moro Rock Trail.
