Newport

Newport is a home rule-class city at the confluence of the Ohio and Licking rivers in Campbell County, Kentucky, in the United States. On the 13th (Sat), snap pictures at Newport Southbank Bridge a.k.a. Purple People Bridge and then meet the residents at Newport Aquarium.

Cave City

Originally intended as a resort city to serve the Mammoth Cave attraction, Cave City has taken on a life of its own.
Attractions like Mammoth Cave and Lost River Cave make great kid-friendly stops. There's much more to do: trek along Tall Man's Misery, Head underground at Onyx Cave, tour the pleasant surroundings at Fat Man's Misery, and learn about wildlife with up-close encounters at Kentucky Down Under Adventure Zoo.
