Brunswick is a town in Cumberland County in southern Maine, United States. Take a break from the city and head to Cap'n Fish's Cruises and Popham Beach State Park. Get some historical perspective at Pemaquid Point Lighthouse and Fort Popham State Historic Site. Get out of town with these interesting Brunswick side-trips: Colonial Pemaquid State Historic Site (in New Harbor), Boothbay Harbor (Ed Brown's Wharfside Gallery, Mung Bean, &more) and Hermit Island (in Phippsburg). There's much more to do: look for all kinds of wild species at Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens, admire the majestic nature at Reid State Park, and pause for some serene contemplation at The Wilson Memorial Chapel.
