Palo Alto is a charter city located in the northwest corner of Santa Clara County, California, in the San Francisco Bay Area of the United States.Palo Alto was established by Leland Stanford Sr. Start off your visit on the 15th (Mon): pause for some serene contemplation at Stanford Memorial Church, then admire the majestic nature at Big Basin Redwoods State Park, and then kick back and relax at Pescadero State Beach. Here are some ideas for day two: stroll through San Gregorio State Beach, then enjoy the sand and surf at Fitzgerald J V Marine Reserve, and then tour the pleasant surroundings at Half Moon Bay Coastal Trail.
