Center of Fun in the Smokies

A tiny town with big tourist appeal, Pigeon Forge bills itself as the "Center of Fun in the Smokies." Just a short drive from the national park protecting the diverse plant and animal life of the Great Smoky Mountains, the town features numerous places to visit, such as bars, restaurants, cafes, theaters, and shops.
On the 7th (Sat), take an in-depth tour of Bush's Visitor Center, brush up on your knowledge of spirits at Tennessee Legend Distillery - Newport Hwy, then sample the fine beverages at Sevier Distilling Company, then look for gifts at Smoky Mountain Cat House, and finally learn about winemaking at Mill Bridge Winery. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: examine the collection at Titanic Museum Attraction, then look for all kinds of wild species at Ijams Nature Center, and then trek along Abrams Falls Trail.

To find other places to visit, reviews, photos, and other tourist information, refer to the Pigeon Forge vacation planning website.
