City of Bridges

Known primarily for its steel-related heritage and 446 bridges, Pittsburgh sits at the confluence of the Monongahela and Allegheny Rivers, which meet to form the Ohio River.
You'll find plenty of places to visit near Pittsburgh: Kentuck Knob (in Chalk Hill), Latrobe (Mister Rogers' Park Bench & Fred Rogers Exhibit) and Fallingwater (in Mill Run). Next up on the itinerary: take in nature's colorful creations at Phipps Conservatory and Botanical Gardens, wander the streets of Strip District, get a new perspective on nature at Carnegie Museum of Natural History, and pause for some photo ops at Flight 93 National Memorial.

In June in Pittsburgh, expect temperatures between 79°F during the day and 62°F at night.
