Isabela is a municipality of Puerto Rico (U.S.) located in the north-western region of the island, north of San Sebastián; west of Quebradillas; and east of Aguadilla and Moca. Go for a jaunt from Isabela to Utuado to see Horseback Riding Tours about 52 minutes away. There's much more to do: kick back and relax at Jobos Beach, delve into the lush surroundings at Bosque Estatal De Guajataca, make a trip to Monumento al Cacique Mabodamaca, and head outdoors with Pozo de Jacinto.
