A seaside playground in the Caribbean, Rincon was a small agricultural and fishing town until it hosted the 1968 World Surfing Championship.
Start off your visit on the 1st (Sun): kick back and relax at Steps Beach and then stroll through Survival Beach. Little Island

With much of Culebra a nature refuge, the tropical island has been protected from overdevelopment, chain hotels, and the cruise set.
Kick off your visit on the 3rd (Tue): stroll through Flamenco Beach and then tour the pleasant surroundings at Playa Punta Soldado Beach. Keep things going the next day: visit a coastal fixture at Culebrita Lighthouse, stroll through Zoni Beach, and then kick back and relax at Brava Beach.

Traveling by combination of car and ferry from Rincon to Culebra takes 5 hours. Alternatively, you can fly; or do a combination of car, shuttle, taxi, and ferry.
