The tiny town of Friday Harbor is the largest village on the San Juan Islands, and it fits within just 2.6 km (1 sq mi) of space.

Fly from Seattle to Friday Harbor in 2.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of shuttle and flight; or ride a ferry. In August, Friday Harbor is little chillier than Seattle - with highs of 74°F and lows of 51°F. You will have some time to spend on the 5th (Sat) before leaving for home.
