A vibrant resort town, South Padre Island sits on a barrier island of the same name, located just off the Texas Gulf Coast.

A gulf coast town with a semi-tropical climate, Corpus Christi serves as a getaway destination with a life of its own.
Step out of the city life by going to Malaquite Beach and Pavilion and Padre Island National Seashore. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Leonabelle Turnbull Birding Center and Mustang Island State Park. Step out of Corpus Christi to go to Rockport and see Rockport Beach, which is approximately 40 minutes away.
