One of the fastest-growing metropolitan areas in the country, Tucson is a city on a cultural crossroads, with European, Native American, Mexican, and Asian residents blending and sometimes conflicting with one another.
On the 30th (Thu), look for gifts at Cactus Quilt Shop, take in breathtaking views at Sabino Canyon, then cruise along Mt. Lemmon Scenic Byway, and finally indulge your thirst for a good beer at Pueblo Vida Brewing Company. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the next day: admire the architecture and history at Mission San Xavier del Bac and then examine the collection at Pima Air and Space Museum.
