Set deep in the Ouachita Mountains, the city of Hot Springs almost completely surrounds the national park of the same name.
On the 2nd (Mon), get your bearings at Fordyce Bathhouse, then stop by Bathhouse Soapery, and then relax and rejuvenate at some of the best spas. On your second day here, get interesting insight from Tours, then take in nature's colorful creations at Garvan Woodland Gardens, then admire the landmark architecture of Anthony Chapel, and finally gain insight at Garland County Library.

Houston to Hot Springs is an approximately 6.5-hour flight. You can also drive; or do a combination of bus and taxi. Traveling from Houston in November, expect Hot Springs to be little chillier, temps between 62°F and 43°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 3rd (Tue) so you can go by car to Tulsa.
