Stowe bustles in winter when skiers and snowboarders flock here to challenge themselves on the long, steep trails careening down Vermont's tallest peak, Mt.
Start off your visit on the 1st (Fri): stroll through Stowe Recreation Path, hit the slopes at Stowe Mountain Resort, and then indulge your thirst for a good beer at The Alchemist. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 2nd (Sat): take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at Mount Mansfield State Forest and then browse the eclectic array of goods at Church Street Marketplace.

Medford to Stowe is an approximately 15.5-hour combination of flight and car. You can also drive. You'll lose 3 hours traveling from Medford to Stowe due to the time zone difference. Prepare for colder weather when traveling from Medford in March: high temperatures in Stowe hover around 36°F and lows are around 15°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 2nd (Sat) so you can go by car to Killington.

Killington is a town in Rutland County, Vermont, United States. Start off your visit on the 3rd (Sun): get in on the family fun at Killington - Pico Adventure Center, tour the pleasant surroundings at Killington Resort, and then tee off at Green Mountain National Golf Course. On the next day, hit the slopes at Okemo Mountain Resort and then take in the dramatic natural features at Quechee Gorge.
