Stowe bustles in winter when skiers and snowboarders flock here to challenge themselves on the long, steep trails careening down Vermont's tallest peak, Mt.
Start off your visit on the 12th (Mon): hike along Stowe Recreation Path, then take in the exciting artwork at Remarkable Things at Stowe Craft, and then snap pictures at Gold Brook Covered Bridge (Emily's Covered Bridge). Keep things going the next day: sample the tasty concoctions at The Alchemist, admire all the interesting features of Toll Rd, and then get outside with Bingham Falls.

Quechee is a census-designated place and one of five unincorporated villages in the town of Hartford, Windsor County, Vermont, United States. On the 14th (Wed), take your sightseeing to a higher altitude at Mount Tom, then contemplate the long history of FH Gillingham & Sons General Store, then contemplate the waterfront views at Ottaquechee River, and finally take in the views from Taftsville Covered Bridge. On the 15th (Thu), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: take in the views from Cornish-Windsor Bridge, examine the collection at American Precision Museum, then get a taste of the local shopping with Simon Pearce Mill, then take in the views from Quechee Bridge, and finally enjoy unforgettable views with a balloon tour.
