Breckenridge

— 59 nights

Colorado's Kingdom

Founded in 1859 as part of the Gold Rush in the Rockies, Breckenridge boasts a main street lined with colorful wooden storefronts housing cafes and shops, giving the effect of a thriving western town from the 19th century.
You'll visit kid-friendly attractions like Colorado Hot Air Balloon Rides and McCullough Gulch. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Breckenridge: Glenwood Springs (Art on 8th, Thermal Spas, &more), Leadville (Hagerman Pass, Heritage Museum, &more) and Vail (Missouri Lake Trail, Vail Recreation Path, &more). Spend the 26th (Thu) exploring nature at Pike National Forest. There's still lots to do: cruise along Boreas Pass Road, take in the pleasant sights at Vail Pass Path, explore the landscape on two wheels at Sawmill Creek Trail, and stroll through Blue River Bikeway.

To plan Breckenridge vacation without wasting time, ask Inspirock to design an itinerary.

Expect a daytime high around 47°F in October, and nighttime lows around 32°F.
