Estes Park — 59 nights

More than just a convenient resting place for travelers on their way to the national park encompassing the Front Range of the Rockies, Estes Park is a popular place to visit in its own right.
Get outdoors at Emerald Lake Trail and Estes Park Guided Tours. Step off the beaten path and head to Horsetooth Mountain Open Space and Spas. Get out of town with these interesting Estes Park side-trips: Boulder (Eldorado Canyon, Boulder Creek Path, &more), Grand Lake (The Beach at Grand Lake, Bowen Gulch Trail, &more) and Eldorado Canyon State Park (in Eldorado Springs). There's still lots to do: sample the tasty concoctions at Rock Cut Brewing Company, stop by Kirks Flyshop & Mountain Adventures, sample the fine beverages at Dancing Pines Distillery, and contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Chapel on the Rock.
