60 days in Grand Rapids Itinerary

The second largest city in Michigan and a hub of furniture manufacturing, Grand Rapids bears the nickname "Furniture City." However, the destination's original name came from the rapids of the Grand River that once ran through the downtown area.

Detroit to Grand Rapids is an approximately 2.5-hour flight. You can also drive; or take a bus. Expect a daytime high around 76°F in September, and nighttime lows around 54°F. You will leave for Grand Rapids on the 28th (Thu).
