And it doesn't end there: take in the dramatic scenery at Virginia Falls, contemplate the waterfront views at St. Mary Lake, hike along Swiftcurrent Lake, and tour the pleasant surroundings at Avalanche Lake.

Denver to Glacier National Park is an approximately 5.5-hour combination of flight and taxi. You can also drive; or do a combination of bus, shuttle, train, and car. Traveling from Denver in June, expect Glacier National Park to be slightly colder, temps between 75°F and 45°F. Finish your sightseeing early on the 6th (Sat) to allow enough time to drive to Whitefish.
