Traveling from Las Vegas in June, you will find days in San Diego are much colder (73°F), and nights are a bit cooler (64°F). Cap off your sightseeing on the 22nd (Fri) early enough to go by car to Julian.

Julian is a census-designated place (CDP) in San Diego County, California, in the United States. Explore Julian's surroundings by going to Ramona (San Vicente Golf Course, Wildlife Research Center, &more), Lions, Tigers & Bears (in Alpine) and Valley Center (Nurtured By Nature & Triple B Ranches). There's still lots to do: learn about wildlife with up-close encounters at California Wolf Center, go deep underground at Eagle and High Peak Mine, head outdoors with Julian Mining Company, and walk around Santa Ysabel Open Space Preserve.
