Visiting Bushkill Falls and Lackawanna River Heritage Trail will get you outdoors. Visit St. Stanislaus Historical Catholic Cathedral and Mennonite Heritage Center for their historical value. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Scranton: Bashakill Vineyards (in Wurtsboro), Bethel (Catskill Distilling Company & Lake Superior State Park) and Roscoe (Buck Brook Alpacas & Prohibition Distillery). And it doesn't end there: admire the majestic nature at Ricketts Glen State Park, look for all kinds of wild species at Artisan Alpacas, trek along Wildlands Conservancy- Pool Wildlife Sanctuary, and stroll around Nay Aug Park.
