Tunica — 59 nights

Tunica is a town in and the county seat of Tunica County, Mississippi, near the Mississippi River. Venture out of the city with trips to John W. Kyle State Park (in Sardis), Oxford (College Hill Presbyterian Church, Confederate Cemetery, &more) and Grenada Lake (in Grenada). Spend the 19th (Wed) exploring nature at Arkansas Post National Memorial. There's still lots to do: take an in-depth tour of The Delta Blues Museum, try your luck at Horseshoe Tunica, walk around Tunica County River Park, and examine the collection at B.B. King Museum and Delta Interpretive Center.

For reviews, where to stay, ratings, and tourist information, read Tunica tour itinerary maker site.

In September, plan for daily highs up to 85°F, and evening lows to 62°F. On the 30th (Tue), you'll travel back home.
