Get a sense of the local culture at Stone Cottage Cellars and Cooper Corner Gallery. Take a break from the city and head to Independence Pass and Vail Resorts Nordic and Backcountry School. Venture out of the city with trips to Glenwood Springs (Thermal Spas & Hanging Lake Trail), Azura Cellars and Gallery (in Paonia) and Fishing Charters & Tours (in Vail). On the 26th (Wed), dedicate a day to the elevated beauty of Aspen Mountain / Ajax.
