Bismarck is the capital of the U.S. state of North Dakota and the county seat of Burleigh County. Start off your visit on the 28th (Wed): get a sense of history and politics at North Dakota State Capitol Building, then let little ones run wild at Fort Abraham Lincoln State Park, and then steep yourself in history at On-A-Slant Village.
