Situated at the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Charlottesville is perhaps best known as the home of three of the United States' founding fathers, including Thomas Jefferson.
Charlottesville is known for parks, nightlife, and wineries. Your plan includes some of its best attractions: take in nature's colorful creations at Monticello, relax in the rural setting at Carter Mountain Orchard, learn the secrets of beer at a beer tour and tasting, and do a tasting at Trump Winery.
