Dubuque is the county seat of Dubuque County, Iowa, United States, located along the Mississippi River. Get outdoors at Mines of Spain and Horseshoe Mound. Eschew the tourist crowds and head to National Mississippi River Museum & Aquarium and Galena / Jo Daviess County Historical Society and Museum.
