Denver — 2 nights

Aptly nicknamed the "Mile-High City," Denver sits at an altitude of 1,600 m (5,280 ft) above sea level, located right where the Great Plains give way to the Rocky Mountains.
Kick off your visit on the 8th (Wed): take a stroll through Historic Olde Town Arvada. On the 9th (Thu), you'll have a packed day of sightseeing: see the interesting displays at National Ballpark Museum and then get outside with Outdoor Activities.

Omaha to Denver is an approximately 3-hour flight. You can also drive; or take a train. Due to the time zone difference, you'll gain 1 hour traveling from Omaha to Denver.
