More than just a convenient resting place for travelers on their way to the national park encompassing the Front Range of the Rockies, Estes Park is a popular place to visit in its own right.Explore Estes Park's surroundings by going to Boulder (Pearl Street Mall & Flatirons) and Rocky Mountain National Park (Trail Ridge Road & Chasm Falls). There's still lots to do: surround yourself with nature on a nature and wildlife tour, take a pleasant ride with a tour on horseback, cruise along Peak to Peak Scenic Byway, and relax and rejuvenate at some of the best spas.
