Home of the Hershey Chocolate Company, the town of Hershey is regularly referred to as the sweetest place on earth.
Do some cultural sightseeing at The Hershey Story Museum and AACA Museum, Inc.. Get in touch with nature at Indian Echo Caverns and Wolf Sanctuary of PA. Next up on the itinerary: sample the tasty concoctions at Troegs Brewing Company, learn about wildlife with up-close encounters at ZooAmerica North American Wildlife Park, admire the natural beauty at Hershey Gardens, and get in on the family fun at Hersheypark.

Bad Axe to Hershey is an approximately 9-hour combination of car and flight. You can also drive. Plan for a bit warmer temperatures traveling from Bad Axe in June, with highs in Hershey at 82°F and lows at 64°F. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 28th (Tue) to allow time to drive to Gettysburg.

Gettysburg — 3 nights

Located near the memorial park marking the site of one of the largest Civil War battles, the town of Gettysburg sits in a landscape of rolling green hills with views of the Blue Ridge Mountains in the distance.
On the 29th (Wed), stroll the grounds of Evergreen Cemetery, take an in-depth tour of Gettysburg Heritage Center, tour the pleasant surroundings at Gettysburg National Military Park, then pause for some photo ops at High Water Mark of the Rebellion Monument, then pause for some photo ops at The Eternal Light Peace Memorial, and finally explore the striking landscape at Devils Den. On the next day, tee off at Mulligan MacDuffer Adventure Golf, then get engrossed in the history at Gettysburg Lincoln Railroad Station, then take in the history at Abraham Lincoln Statue, and finally stroll the grounds of Gettysburg National Cemetery.
