Ann Arbor — 1 night

Ann Arbor is a city in the U.S. state of Michigan and the county seat of Washtenaw County. Start off your visit on the 13th (Sun): look and learn at University of Michigan Museum of Natural History and then explore the engaging exhibits at Ann Arbor Hands-On Museum. Get ready for a full day of sightseeing on the 14th (Mon): stop by Kerrytown and then don't miss a visit to University of Michigan.

Flint is the largest city and county seat of Genesee County, Michigan. You'll explore the less-touristy side of things at Crossroads Village & Huckleberry Railroad and Flint Institute of Arts. Attractions like Michigan State University and Sloan Museum of Discovery make great kid-friendly stops. Explore the numerous day-trip ideas around Flint: Horrocks Farm Market (in Lansing) and Eli and Edythe Broad Art Museum (in East Lansing). There's still lots to do: learn about all things military at Michigan Heroes Museum, experience rural life at Grandpa Tiny's Farm, and get interesting insight from Tours.
