Munising

Munising is a city on the southern shore of Lake Superior on the Upper Peninsula of the U.S. Start off your visit on the 12th (Wed): glide through natural beauty at Valley Spur, admire the sheer force of Scott Falls, then take a tour by water with Boat Tours & Water Sports, and finally get engrossed in the history at Pictured Rocks Interpretive Center. On your second day here, take in the dramatic scenery at Tannery Falls, take in the dramatic scenery at Miners Falls, then admire the sheer force of Bridal Veil Falls, and finally take in the dramatic natural features at Miners Castle Rock.

Manistique, formerly Monistique, is the only incorporated city in and the county seat of Schoolcraft County of the U.S. Kick off your visit on the 14th (Fri): admire the majestic nature at Indian Lake State Park, explore the activities along Kitch-Iti-Kipi (The Big Spring), then explore the striking landscape at Palms Book State Park, and finally learn about winemaking at Garden Bay Winery.
