Paradise is an unincorporated community in Whitefish Township, Chippewa County in the U.S. Start off your visit on the 7th (Sun): explore the activities along Tahquamenon Falls and then admire the sheer force of Tahquamenon Falls State Park. Keep things going the next day: take an in-depth tour of Whitefish Point Light, then examine the collection at Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum, and then see the sky in a new way at Whitefish Point Bird Observatory.

Detroit to Paradise is an approximately 5-hour combination of flight and car. You can also drive; or do a combination of bus and taxi. Traveling from Detroit in November, expect Paradise to be a bit cooler, temps between 40°F and 27°F. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 8th (Mon) so you can go by car to Saint Ignace.

Saint Ignace

Saint Ignace, usually written as St. Explore Saint Ignace's surroundings by going to Sault Ste. Marie (Tower of History, Soo Locks, &more). The adventure continues: take in the views from Mackinac Bridge, delve into the mystery of Mystery Spot, steep yourself in history at Indian Village, and walk around Bridge View Park.

Drive from Paradise to Saint Ignace in 1.5 hours. Alternatively, you can do a combination of taxi and bus. In November, daytime highs in Saint Ignace are 42°F, while nighttime lows are 32°F. Cap off your sightseeing on the 12th (Fri) early enough to catch the ferry to Mackinac Island.

Mackinac Island

Mackinac Island is a city in Mackinac County in the U.S. Start off your visit on the 13th (Sat): take in the architecture and atmosphere at Trinity Church, make a trip to Fort Holmes, examine the collection at The Richard and Jane Manoogian Mackinac Art Museum, play a few rounds at Jewel Golf Course, then trot along with a tour on horseback, and finally stop by The Big Store.
