Paradise is an unincorporated community in Whitefish Township, Chippewa County in the U.S. state of Michigan.Paradise is on the northeastern portion of Michigan's Upper Peninsula, on the western side of Whitefish Bay, Lake Superior, about 60mi by road from Sault Ste. Kick off your visit on the 7th (Sat): explore the activities along Tahquamenon Falls and then take in the dramatic scenery at Tahquamenon Falls State Park. Keep things going the next day: get engrossed in the history at Whitefish Point Light, then see the interesting displays at Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum, and then look and learn at Whitefish Point Bird Observatory.

Detroit to Paradise is an approximately 5-hour combination of flight and car. You can also drive; or do a combination of bus and taxi. Saint Ignace
